The Wasner butcher's shop is an established name in its region. With a dense network of branches, high-quality craftsmanship and a loyal customer base, it is one of the best-known brands in the butchery trade. Wasner is also one of the top 30 system caterers in the quick service sector in Germany. The company stands for living tradition combined with entrepreneurial innovation. In addition to its own brand, Wasner also carries the traditional Hessian butcher's brand Erich Zeiss, which impresses with its regional origins and high quality standards. We have been supporting Wasner butchers for many years, both in their day-to-day business and in the strategic development of their brand image. Our work is based on a corporate identity that was originally developed by the agency MUH2. On this basis, we design the weekly offer communication, create price tags and implement eye-catching TV advertising for the screens in the branches. Our design also gives special promotions a clear, visual profile. All measures are always carried out within the framework of the established image, which we continuously develop further together with the local team. In close coordination with marketing and management, we are constantly creating new ideas that go beyond traditional product communication. For example, we design modern packaging solutions that both underline the quality of the craftsmanship and strengthen the brand's recognizability in the retail sector. This includes products that are sold through large retail chains such as Penny and Edeka. Alongside product and range communication, we also manage the maintenance and further development of the website in order to increase digital visibility and service orientation. Another focus of our work is employer branding. We actively support Wasner in recruiting new employees and develop communication measures that specifically target potential specialists. We support new store openings in collaboration with the Weber joinery - from the design concept to implementation in the space. Our close cooperation with all parties involved and our permanent availability for short-term coordination make it possible to act quickly and effectively, both strategically and operationally. The result of our many years of collaboration is a strong, recognizable brand presence that works on all channels - whether on the packaging, at the counter or in the digital space. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern brand management makes Wasner a model for success in a dynamic market environment.
