We had a wonderful experience with Susan! She is a polished and highly experienced designer who was so helpful in giving us great design ideas for draperies in two different rooms. Susan is attentive with a good eye, taking note of our home’s design style so she could give ideas that work well with other decor. In addition, Susan is candid and direct about pricing and sourcing of quality materials. She only works with reputable vendors, seamstresses and installers, and she was on site to oversee the project from start to finish. Finally, her pleasant demeanor and the ease of scheduling appointments made the experience so positive! Susan is truly top notch in her field.

We just had our family room window treatments done by GAILANI designs. Excellent job, great consultation meeting where she listened to what we wanted. The product was done in a very timely manner and the price fit our budget. The installer also did a great job. The room was looking dated. Now looks very modern. Thank you!!

Susan is very personable and professional, with a good eye and good ideas. Her workroom did a great job remaking some draperies into a new drape and 2 valences. The installer was skilled and professional as well. I would definitely recommend Susan and use her again!
