Unfortunately, I can't agree with the praise here - the creation of a simple blog website was a complete disaster. The original schedule of 2 months turned into over 8 months, which were unnecessarily interrupted 3 times by vacation breaks. I felt compelled to send dozens of emails to point out obvious errors in design (colors, spacing, inconsistencies ...) and functionality (e.g. faulty search function). This regularly resulted in endless correction loops. Internal testing, which would have been the task of the "full service agency", demonstrably did not take place at any time. The design was in no way responsive and the mobile view was regularly completely out of sync. After some design errors had been corrected, the page was turned inside out again without consultation, whereby previous inconsistencies and spacing errors were shamelessly repeated and sent to me. Towards the end, frequent accesses to the installation from South Asia became apparent - my inquiry as to whether the site was created in India was not denied by the boss and deputy, thus confirming my assumption. This of course explained the more than sloppy work, but not the German pricing and outsourcing without the client's consent. Conclusion: If you are prepared to spend EUR 10,000 on a very simple, run-of-the-mill website, you are in good hands with this agency. If you expect contemporary work and responsive design, unfortunately not. Some mobile display errors have not even been fixed yet. (incorrectly centered header image display, no article title displayed in mobile search, thumbnails in the search with irregular size, link underline extends into the line below,... and more). My tip: If there are too many irregularities, simply withdraw and reverse the contract to avoid wasting time and hire another agency. Since I unfortunately missed this, a court will now decide to what extent fraudulent misrepresentation and grossly unacceptable work was offered here and how the testing charged to the customer is to be settled.
