He was always very reliable and developed the discussed requirements very professionally. We are very happy with the design and the results. It was also great that he implemented all changes exactly according to our wishes, even if he sometimes wanted things to be a little different.
Background
I am the manager of Diner 66. We have been in the restaurant business in Soltau with our own delivery service since 2006. Over the past few years we have expanded our business and opened a new restaurant.
Challenge
Online orders were not possible on our old website. As a result, orders could only be taken in person or by phone. We wanted to expand our business, open a new restaurant with our own delivery service, and make taking orders online efficient and easy. After creating the new website, we took the old website offline.
Solution
We had already worked with an IT company that took care of IT matters of our restaurant. You recommended Mr. Poblocki of Fukuru Design to me after you heard about our plans for a new website with online ordering. This is how we got in touch with Fukuru Design.
We communicated our wishes and requirements to Mr. Poblocki at the beginning. Then there were several coordination meetings and we could place our change requests if necessary. He accepted them and implemented everything as discussed and presented it to us.
Mr. Poblocki personally took care of our website and in my opinion implemented the website himself. I did not talk to any other colleague from Fukuru Design.
Results
Of course, we have received nice and positive feedback for our new website. The online orders have helped us to take orders much easier, without any manual or personal effort. This has been a very positive result for our business.
Everything was within the green zone. Sure, there were sometimes small things, e.g. in terms of design, that we noted, but he implemented them very reliably and on time.
He was always very reliable and developed the discussed requirements very professionally. We are very happy with the design and the results. It was also great that he implemented all changes exactly according to our wishes, even if he sometimes wanted things to be a little different.
There is nothing to complain about from my point of view. As already mentioned, everything was very professional. Mr. Poblocki from Fukuru Design did a good job.
