It used to be really good, but now the quality - especially in customer communication - is declining rapidly.

In a technically demanding and challenging IT project, our communication was not good and we understood the criticism. In future, we will optimize this and set it up differently. In the general marketing areas, our communication continues to be timely, personal and transparent. We hope to continue to earn a few bonus points with this. 😊
