Upd: we even had a call today. I will reach out via email. That’s not my real name on Google Maps (and does not have to be) :) Unfortunately, my experience working with this agency was far from positive. Our main contact seemed to spend only an hour before each meeting and a few hours afterward on our project, which led to delays and limited progress. Some issues on our Shopify site remained unresolved for 3–5 weeks, which is unacceptable. It also became clear that the project was being handled solely by a junior team member without proper guidance or oversight. This lack of supervision significantly affected the quality and timeliness of the work. Overall, it was one of the least professional agency experiences I’ve had.

This year, we've started working together with Flatline. Their delivered work has been top notch, but it doesn't stop there. After completion of our project, there has been a constant process of followups and monitoring to make sure everything is working perfectly (White glove service as they call it). This separates them from agencies that we've worked with in the past that have delivered, but then seem to mostly forget about their project and move on to the next customer asap. Great experience so far and no doubt this will extend to our collaboration as well.
