We have been a customer of the company Flagbit for well over 10 years. At the beginning of the cooperation everything went well with Flagbit. But since a few years we unfortunately have big problems with this company. The company Flagbit hosts our homepage. Since some months our real estates, which are transferred automatically daily by our software company, are not transferred on our homepage. For months we have complained about this by phone. Unfortunately, we only ever get an upstream telephone service on the phone. Of course, they have no idea at all, but they always promise to call back. In the meantime, we have already made these phone calls more than 10 times. A callback simply does not take place. We had this same problem once before about 2 years ago. Then we have published here in the reviews this problem. On the same day, the company Flagbit contacted us by phone and promised to fix our problem immediately. She asked to take out our bad review again, which we did immediately after our problem was taken care of. Unfortunately, however, nothing seems to have changed at the company. I assume that we will certainly get a call after this description, because the company Flagbit certainly does not want to have such a bad rating standing. It is a pity that only after such actions you get contact with an employee at the company Flagbit. I will keep you informed what happened.
