A great small gym where you’re not just a number. Eelco de Boer gives clear, friendly explanations about the equipment and really guides you well. I come here because I feel completely at ease. The people who work out here are all ages, so the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The equipment is professional. In short: finally, a gym I actually enjoy going to.

The most easygoing gym in the Krimpenerwaard. Work out at your own pace in a relaxed setting and you can just be yourself. Great guidance, with a bit of humor. There’s also the option of group classes (BBB), and you can follow a personalized training program. So don’t keep looking—just come here. Moving to Transportstraat in Bergambacht.
