It got off to a really great start overall! Tobi’s support was really nice and constructive, and the first results are genuinely good. Unfortunately, at the beginning everything was a bit more complicated than expected, but once the initial setup is done, it doesn’t take much work. I’m excited to see where this journey goes!

Absolutely top—onboarding has been genuinely excellent. You have a dedicated point of contact who’s really there when you need them. Everything is discussed on an equal footing, and there’s time for every question and every problem. The platform has technical room to grow and, in places, it can feel a bit outdated—but in terms of the human side, Adcell is second to none, and they far outweigh those small technical shortcomings.
