From the landlord’s point of view, the website is absolutely botched and badly programmed. Buttons don’t respond to clicks, and the user isn’t shown any reason why. The one bright spot is that if you call, you can actually reach a real person—but their reaction crushes any hope you had.

The cost/benefit ratio is not right! As landlords, we had booked an advertisement for one year. In the first nine months we received exactly ONE booking request via the portal. As we were informed by the Ferienhausmiete support team, we uploaded an optiomal advertisement. We have therefore terminated the contract with Ferienhausmiete.de for economic reasons!

We have both apartments listed with Feriehausmiete for many years. The service is excellent and we are also very satisfied with the bookings. The price/performance ratio is also ok.

Cost/benefit ratio is not right! In October 2024, we booked an advertisement as a landlord for one year for €177.31 gross. In the first nine months we received exactly ONE booking request via the portal. As we were informed by the Ferienhausmiete support team, we uploaded an optimal listing. For comparison: At traum-ferienwohnungen.de we pay €451.01 gross for the annual advertisement - but received 11 inquiries in the identical period. An inquiry via Ferienhausmiete therefore cost us € 177.31, an inquiry via Traum-Ferienwohnungen € 41.00! We have therefore terminated the contract with Ferienhausmiete.de 2025 for economic reasons!

Beautiful Maltese house of character. I loved every minute spent in it and I wish I stayed longer to enjoy it more. It has all the necessities. The terrace with the view is perfect. The stove needs to be checked though, we were able to use it the first night and after that it wouldn’t work. We were always eating out anyway, but it would have been nice to use up all the groceries we bought.

Very nice and clean accommodation. We were there with our dog. The garden is fenced, good for our dog. The hosts are very nice and you can get lots of tips from them about things to do. The apartment is great and very tastefully furnished.

Beautiful accommodation. The facilities are great. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed the terrace during the day and in the evening in quiet surroundings. In particular, we were able to make adventurous excursions with our bicycles.

Hilda is a great hostess. The house is a dream, newly renovated and very clean. It is lovingly furnished with everything you need. The garden offers plenty of space to relax. My family with dog felt welcome and very comfortable. We would love to come back. It was a wonderful time. LG from Rheurdt
