You should not, if someone gives a bad rating, threaten with a lawyer and fines of up to 5000 euros + court costs. How often do you actually want to suppress this rating?

Poor service. Also: Not open to criticism, anyone who sends lawyers' letters because of bad reviews is looking for the fault in the wrong place and only confirms this opinion instead of countering it. Very unprofessional. Having reviews deleted after years is also cringeworthy.
