My experience with the viomedi scheduling software from Facharzt-Sofort GmbH was disappointing. Despite the data being entered correctly, I was mistakenly addressed as a woman in communications. However, the scheduling process was particularly problematic: although I had explicitly booked and confirmed a video consultation, I received an invitation to come to the office in person. Such errors lead to unnecessary time wasted and confusion. In practical use, the system appears to be immature and unsuitable for efficient patient management.

Unfortunately totally disappointed by the app, got an appointment, which was canceled, new ones impossible to impress.

Unfortunately, the prescription order does not work satisfactorily. I received the children's dosage instead of the adult dosage. When I ordered again, I didn't get my medication, allegedly due to an input error, despite it being listed correctly. I was then given a list of medicines to choose from. My medication was not included. As a patient, I don't need to know anything about other medications. This Termed portal is time-consuming for every patient and is not recommended

Once again I can't make an appointment with my family doctor! Although there are free appointments available, nothing is displayed. Unfortunately, this happens again and again with this software. I no longer want to be a beta tester and therefore cannot recommend the platform

Mr. Knobl, you should rethink the programming of your software. I selected an appointment on the website of my family doctor. After redirecting to termed and logging in, I get the following message: "This appointment is already taken, please select another appointment." This means that termed cannot be used for online booking. Good Idea - poor Solution

My ENT has switched from Doctolib to your software and everything takes longer. System often hangs. Will have to change doctor soon

Registration cumbersome Appointment search but then simple and convenient, find it very convenient to be able to make appointments online without waiting on the phone
