The worst store ever , Brought a defective computer there (power supply defective) Even pointed it out ! Supposedly ready tomorrow 1 week later ready, unfortunately very difficult to reach, then there were company vacations. So I waited 3 weeks, picked it up at home, plugged it in and the computer doesn't work - thank you for making me pay about €130 for it! And now I will have even more costs. I do not recommend the store, after several calls finally picked up and told me that something was probably broken during transport. No thanks I will not have anything repaired there again. It's just my recommendation. Everyone should make up their own mind. I will now have my computer done at Topservice ...

Waited 3 weeks. During the operating times do not get any notice what is going on with mine. After collection by the duration of the repair time I was assured by the employee that it was agreed free of charge. Weeks later came a letter from Inkasko. One star too much!

The reliability shown at the beginning has meanwhile given way to longer waiting times more and more often... Even though I don't doubt Mr. Szamaczunat's expertise, I would like to see more "customer care" from him.
