Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not good or would have led me to insolvency in a very short time had I not completely taken the helm again. First of all: All employees were always very friendly. There is nothing to complain about in this respect. However, in an advertising agency you don't buy friendliness, you buy results. I have over a decade of experience with my company and advertising via Adwords, as well as experience with other advertising agencies. So I know what I am talking about. During the contract negotiation, they said that a minimum term of 6 months would be agreed upon. At the same time the salesman said that they would be the last ones who would want to cramp and force someone who is dissatisfied. So if someone should be dissatisfied before, then they do not insist on the full 6 months. I terminated my contract after 3 months and took the helm 100%. Without this step, my company would have otherwise become insolvent. The first month I just observed first. As agreed, I wanted to be patient. But after the sales figures dropped very sharply, although the advertising budget was increased, I noticed some mistakes that were responsible for this. Well, I would not have noticed this if I did not have "a little idea" of the matter myself. However, my goal was to let the "professionals" do this. So that I could leave this division to them for a few weeks without having to deal with it further, since the main business also still has to be done. But unfortunately Elbmarketing could not win my trust. Because the sales figures became worse and worse, until I myself made several improvements to the settings, which IMMEDIATELY tripled the sales not infrequently and once even halved the advertising budget. I am a patient person. But if it is obvious that it is not necessary to keep the settings like this for two weeks, but something has to be changed, and Elbmarketing claims that everything is running perfectly from their point of view, then at the end of the day I am responsible for whether the crash happens or not. I could write whole pages about it. Actually, I wouldn't have wanted to write this review at all. Nobody is perfect. But after the seller didn't keep his word and blamed the problems on my "impatience" and wasn't open to constructive criticism at all, I'm writing down these experiences here to warn others of serious losses. Large corporations can certainly afford these drastic mistakes and incompetence. Medium-sized or even small companies, however, can quickly be brought into financial difficulties by such a way of working. Especially if you have no experience yourself, you are lulled into believing that everything is going well. Now that I have taken over the Adwords ad placement again myself, the turnover could be greatly increased again and the budget reduced. And that with only very simple and few clicks.
