Description

The scope of the project was the further development of the existing customer interaction platform based on SAS Customer Intelligence. This included the integration of new data sources, the integration of new communication channels such as mobile push and the implementation of new communication streams. Last but not least, elanyo designed the modernization of the customer interaction platform to SAS Customer Intelligence 360, which is to be jointly implemented this year.

Challenge

The main challenge was the complex customer communication processes in a multinational environment, different communication channels and a high level of dynamism in permanently improving the efficiency of these processes.

Solution

Our solution was based on the SAS Customer Intelligence software, which was extensively customized in order to achieve a tailor-made solution for the customer. Success factors were a cooperative process model together with the customer and SAS Institute as software vendor with a series of online workshops and a quick response to new customer requirements. Our tasks were the requirements analysis, the technical design and the implementation and documentation of components for this solution.

Results

A key performance indicator for the success of the project was the provision of push notifications from both the Global Blue app and the website for Global Blue users. These play a crucial role in increasing user engagement and satisfaction. In addition, new data points have made customer interaction more targeted, efficient and valuable.
