I am a local business owner with a need and have emailed EitBiz twice (the latter in great detail) and called twice- unable to leave a voice mail. Normally I don't chase a business to give them mine, but I really prefer to keep the money/project local when possible. Disappointed that a local business won't extend the professional courtesy of a return call or email, even though they may not be interested in the work. I am amazed at the 29 positive reviews when I can't get a reply??

Based in the U.K, and having had a bad experience with a team before, I was quite sceptical to start a project with EITBIZ, but just within the initial weeks they impressed me! It appeared they understood about my dream project more then me and provided with an outstanding design and layout! Following that, my project had quite complex logic requirements which once again they delivered very well. They would adhere to any change request or feedback I would have. Then there was a point, where we encountered a challenging phase in the Project, Video streaming and encoding. It was a learning curve and on top the pandemic caused some hurdles but despite some delay, they tried really hard to ensure the functionalities worked perfectly. Overall, they did impress me with their skills as well as their passion to deliver exactly what I wanted! I have been recommending their team, here in the U.K and will continue to! I'm just grateful to the Team for turning my vision into reality!
