I ordered a brand new television. The packaging was damaged and the protective film had already been removed. If I had ordered B-goods it would have been cheaper. After writing to Cyberport support several times, I was told that they could not do anything about it. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. Amazon would have been the better choice to order from.
