Hello I am a tax consultant or owner of a law firm and of course also with the DATEV. About the website I got to the company because they are at the DATEV. Unfortunately, I am totally disappointed about the poor service. I have DATEV ASP. The response times are much much too long for me the want stands's prepayment and then deliver my eighth much too bad and too late. My employees are also totally dissatisfied because they tell me we call then and then call me so and so no one back and if you a day later or hours later the problem is fixed Last time I had an installation where you have to identify yourself with a so called token and then you can access the server via the web interface. They just didn't get it right, it took several attempts until it worked, my employee couldn't work for several days. In my opinion, they simply have too little capacity and almost always only one employee calls me. I do not understand at all that the DATEV partners have become. I was previously with another provider because the problems were solved much much faster !!!!!'. As a tax consultant I advise other tax consultants to extreme caution !!!!!
