Used as a provider to comply with the GDPR/LOPD. It’s really just a commodity (go with the cheapest option—the service isn’t anything special, especially after working with another provider). Its software (ET) is deeply “embedded,” and uninstalling it once you no longer have the service is your responsibility and very tedious.
Hi Javier, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, even though it’s been almost 5 years since we worked together. We do, however, disagree on one fundamental point: data protection is not a commodity. Poor advice in this area can lead to fines, security breaches, or legal liabilities that no company wants to face.
