My experience with Yilmaz Financieel Adviescentrum has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. What started out as trust in an insurance intermediary and support ended, in my view, with long-term miscommunication, inadequate follow-up, and a complaints process where I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I repeatedly indicated that certain issues hadn’t actually been resolved, but had only been moved around within the records. Instead of getting clear explanations, I often received repeated information, contradictory accounts, or requests to contact them by phone—while I specifically asked for written communication to prevent misunderstandings. In my opinion, even complaints about earlier complaint handling weren’t followed up carefully either. This severely damaged my trust in their services. What frustrates me most is that I had to keep chasing things up myself as a customer, even though I had hired an intermediary specifically to get support and clarity. For that reason, I’ve now had to take the matter to external authorities. I recommend that future customers always document all communication and agreements in writing.

Our experience is that complex case matters are often resolved more quickly and clearly in a conversation than through a lengthy email exchange, where misunderstandings can unfortunately arise more easily. Since you’ve now submitted the issue to an external body, we will continue the formal process and fully cooperate. Even so, we remain willing to stay in direct contact with you to reach a final solution for the ongoing matters. We wish you all the best.

What terrible service. Mr. Yilmaz thinks he’s God himself. (He seems to think he can get away with anything—just a hoodlum.) The staff on the phone are helpful, but that Yilmaz, Abdulkadir… not reliable—terrible service. They first check whether they can profit from you; if not, they don’t respond. Rude. They’ve gone and turned nasty.
