I don't trust this company. They called me to handle the digital kit (Sales Rep: Mario), gave me incorrect information (including that I could maximize the approved amount with products, that I could switch digitalization providers, etc.), and when it came time to actually process it, I realized it wasn’t feasible. I feel like I’ve been scammed since I can’t reverse the situation, and I think they’re only interested in getting a cut of the European grants without actually wanting to help their clients with digital transformation. Total disappointment!
