Since 2019, we have been an owner-managed creative agency with two managers. Description
As with other loyalty companies, the point stands for the specific benefit, for what the user can easily collect: Points, as everyone knows them from PAYBACK. "LPS" designs and programs such customer loyalty systems. This is the clear focus of the company, its DNA and its history. To this end, "dube partner" was tasked with creating a new logo and a completely new corporate design for the B2B brand for the "LPS" team and setting it down in a brand manual. The aim was therefore not to visually embody a young start-up, but to give an established company with a global market presence the right, individual and innovative face.
Solution
The basis of every relaunch is therefore a coherent brand strategy. The components of the visual matrix are then created with this in mind. These are graphic elements and general design elements - the logo and its extensions - its placement in the layout - the color and image worlds - the typography in all its applications - exemplary media, such as the website, trade fair, social media and much more. At the respective touchpoints, this appearance and the message are perceived by the users and repeatedly stored as an internal image of the company. All of this was set out by "dube partner" for "LPS" in a brand manual, and all elements were made available to the marketing department of "LPS". For the first time, "dube partner" also used AI material here. The most important medium is, of course, the website. It is the central point of contact for every contact and every campaign. For the implementation of the new website, "dube partner" designed masters and provided them to the communications department of "LPS". Manuela Ewerse (Manager Marketing Communications) and Jochen Lehner (Head of Marketing) were instrumental in driving the "relaunch" project on the LPS side. The kick-off event for the new relaunch was a great success. According to "LPS", the feedback was very positive overall.
