We are very pleased with the performance of DIXENO, who supported us in our social recruiting for a production job via Facebook and Instagram. The positive results speak for themselves - we were able to record significantly more applications and, as we all know, the market for this sector in particular is highly competitive! During the personal preliminary interview, the appropriate questions were skilfully asked in order to get a feel for our company on the one hand, but also to be able to optimally bring our advantages to the fore in the advertisements. Another aspect we particularly appreciated was the creative approach. Instead of running with the crowd, the team brought in fresh ideas that appealed to our target group in an original way. The good accessibility and quick response to concerns further enhanced our collaboration. We could get in touch at any time and received prompt responses. This created trust and enabled smooth communication. We can recommend DIXENO with a clear conscience and look forward to future joint projects!

I am not at all satisfied with the performance of this company. I am of the opinion that you should read the terms and conditions carefully and think that changes, response times and follow-up costs should be checked carefully before signing the contract. I myself come from the IT and have expected much more. The result was not satisfactory for me at any time.

Our experience with DIXENO regarding OXID Online Shops, B2B marketing and automation of marketing processes is consistently positive. The team at DIXENO has very good expertise in the area of OXID Online Shops. Their optimizations have contributed to the fact that our online store for industrial products now offers a significantly better user experience. This led to a noticeable increase in our sales. The B2B marketing support has been extremely valuable. The setup of individual automations helps to better reach our target group. The combination of OXID Online Shop and Marketing Automation is a successfully completed project. This increase in efficiency allows us to focus more on other core areas of our business while still running more marketing campaigns. Working with DIXENO is very pleasant. The team is always available, responded promptly to our concerns and communicated transparently about the project progress. Overall, we can highly recommend DIXENO. Dixeno has been with us for many years and helped get the online business up and running. Unfortunately, the service and professional aptitude has declined to such an extent that we had to leave. The last project was poorly planned, poorly supported and documented, but most importantly, disastrously costed. Even after a year of running and continuous errors in the implementation, no insight for their own failure. The customer is to blame. No self-reflection, no review of the facts and documents provided or even of one's own wrong decisions, one has done everything right. That one could not remember previous briefing dates, irrelevant. Even the escalation via the management remained fruitless, many empty words, but no action. That is sad. We would have liked at least a meeting at eye level and the interest to work out a solution. Since this did not happen, we changed the agency after many years. The crowning glory: they tried to take legal action against this evaluation. What a low point. A really good service provider would continuously critically question their own work and optimize it.
