Lunch break exploited since the store already closes at 16:00 to quickly drop off a package, opening hours until 12Uhr, 11:30 all dark no one there... went there for nothing...

My package is or was since 05.10.22 in this juice store. No one can be reached by phone, neither in the morning nor in the evening is someone in the store. Meanwhile, the package was "allegedly" picked up by me, which is not true. They are on vacation and I have to take care of the settlement with the insurance! They don't even deserve one star! Absolute impudence!

Very unreliable store. Don't order there anymore. They do not read mails. One is not yet so familiar with the Internet and their own store, on demand where the order remains, no answer. About you call back, neither the one nor the other person has called. Simply unprofessional. When asked how high the price for a particular material would be, the statement came: No idea. Makes a third party supplier. Delivery takes 3 days for 4 km distance. Shipment number does not exist.
