FyBu hat unsere Buchhaltung spürbar effizienter gemacht—geschätzt um etwa 80%. Und der Grad der Automatisierung nimmt weiter zu. Das Helpdesk ist außerdem extrem schnell und hilfsbereit. Wünsche aus der Entwicklung werden zwar aufgenommen, aber leider zeitverzögert umgesetzt. Beim Onboarding hätte ich mir einen Projektplan mit einzelnen Schritten gewünscht: Welche Vorbereitungen übernimmt der Kunde, welche der Steuerberater, und was muss FyBu bis wann erledigen. Dazu kommt, dass wir als Verein mit der Umstellung von SKR04 auf SKR42 einen eher unglücklichen Start mit FyBu gewählt haben.
