We run a B2B platform and hired Digitalism, an Elite HubSpot-certified agency, to integrate the tool into our ecosystem.
The situation is clear: even several months after the project launch, the integration still isn’t finalized. To date, we have neither deployed nor used HubSpot, even though our subscription has been active since we signed last summer.
Along the way, Digitalism changed their data model, making an additional package they themselves asked us to buy completely unnecessary. As a result, we’ve been hit with an unjustified extra cost, with no commercial gesture or compensation offered.
For an agency carrying the Elite label, the level of follow-up and delivery is far below what we have a right to expect. The lack of rigor in execution and the absence of proactive communication have significantly slowed down our business.
I’m open to revising this review if Digitalism takes the necessary steps to rectify the situation and complete the integration within reasonable timelines.
