I would like to give more stars, because I have rarely had such a great experience. Alex is mega competent, gaaaaanz accurate, very ambitious to get to the solution, a 1000% service provider, approachable, open, funny, humorous..... unique. And he was as relieved as I was when he came to the end after hours of working on a stubborn HP printer. I only had to pay for an hour instead of two, having already left a lot of money with the dealer for a bottom line incomplete setup of the printer. I can only recommend the supporters again and again. Guys, don't let the dealer set up such devices, choose Alex right away!

I was professionally in Kiel and my laptop has made problems, error was found quickly (defective hard drive) I was offered a professional data recovery, fortunately had own backups, could pick him up the next day with new SSD in it (instead of old hard drive), the thing ran as on the first day, original Windows was played on it and the whole thing was directly faster and deliver better than on the first day, I do not care whether the serial number is on it or not, I have on my original invoice. Top service provider was recommended to me by a Kiel acquaintance. Highly recommended! Cost was reasonable and within the framework in which I expect something like that.
