I dropped my Dani SBS by accident. The threads on the bottom got pressed in, and on top of that, the switch I use also had a loose connection. I emailed them, sent the package in, and got it repaired and returned. Of course it costs a bit—but it’s still way cheaper than buying a new one. I’ve been using this mod for over three years, and it works just like it did on day one. Unlike a lot of 50–100 euro mods: no display issues, no scratches—just a really great product with excellent support. I’d be happy if more manufacturers handled things the same way. Immediate response to the email from the managing director. The repair of the Dani SBS a few months after the warranty expired was done for free. The unit was with Dicodes for two days, and then they responded just as quickly to my follow-up with the tracking number for the package. That’s what I call an excellent service—especially when it makes the price of devices that aren’t exactly cheap feel more reasonable. My Dani Mini (about 4 years old) suddenly wouldn’t turn on one day. After a quick phone call, I sent it in for repair. Then, out of the blue, the package came back—and they repaired it for free. That’s what I call customer service! My next vape mod will definitely be another Dani.
