About Dev-id LA
Dev-id LA is a startup studio focused on crafting and building mobile apps. My partners launched the company in France two years ago, helping founders and early-stage teams turn ideas into products that can actually go to market, and we’re now growing in the United States. Our work centers on learning what each client is after and shaping an app that becomes the strongest tool in its category. We’ve supported more than a hundred entrepreneurs in bringing their ideas to life. Our process is simple: we begin with a storyboard phase, during which we collaborate with the client for several weeks to shape the concept and design of the app. From there, we can define the scope, schedule, and budget for the first release, what we call the MLP (Minimum Lovable Product). I had the opportunity to work with Dev-id on building a prototype for a mobile application designed to help users find funding and estimate the cost of developing the project. It was an excellent experience. The project manager and the designer perfectly met my expectations—showing real professionalism, being proactive and offering strong suggestions, and delivering a high-quality final prototype. I also appreciated the very human communication style, which creates a friendly and productive working environment, as well as the ongoing follow-up, with genuine involvement in the project.
