Challenge The company relied on manual, time-consuming accounting processes across multiple workflows, limiting scalability and delaying financial insights for clients. Traditional reporting lacked analytical depth and required significant human effort to prepare, review, and explain results. Value delivered We automated key accounting processes using AI, significantly reducing manual workload and processing time. The solution enabled faster, more consistent financial operations and provided clients with AI-generated financial insights, improving decision-making and client value. Technical solution We implemented AI-powered automations using Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder to process accounting data and documents. Financial data was centralized in a Microsoft Fabric data warehouse and analyzed through Power BI dashboards. AI-generated financial analyses were integrated into reporting workflows, delivering automated, insight-rich financial outputs to both internal teams and clients.
