I’ve ordered several times for myself and as gifts, and the quality is great. The Opel fan who received the gift was thrilled—it’s truly something special. The customer service is very, very friendly and helpful. I don’t understand the negative reviews here at all. I would even give more stars if I could. I’ll definitely be ordering more often. Delivery was always very fast (2 business days) via DHL. It doesn’t get much better than this.

Customer service seems to be a foreign word here. We ordered three caps from the Tabbertshop in August. No tracking possible. Today we were sent on an odyssey to supposed stores where the goods are supposed to be. Of course it wasn't. The goods have disappeared. We have to wait. We are stuck with the fuel costs and the time spent. No concession. We are now opening a case with Paypal.
Fast unloading. Not much space for overnight stays in the area
I bought these four DB toys, they were delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately there was a big blob of glue on the Nick night train that wouldn't come off. I documented the blob and sent it by email. After 2 days I already had a replacement. Super service👍👍👍👍

Can only agree with the previous speakers. Ordered from the VW store. No delivery, no information on when the goods should arrive. Zero communication. Let's see how quickly the money comes back and whether I have to appeal. Wouldn't order there again. And as a "brand" quickly pull the ripcord, because that destroys your brand image!

Instead of delivering 3 parts, they demonstrably only deliver 2 and simply keep the money. Promises of repayment are not fulfilled. Disrespectful behavior, disgusting. Thanks to PayPal, the case was clarified according to the truth by means of proof of email traffic and on the basis of the delivery bill and the invoice. Everything was denied until the end. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers in the same size from the Deutsche Bahn store and only got one pair delivered. It took several phone calls and a lot of waiting time to get the 2nd pair delivered. They never apologized for the inconvenience.
