CICMP is an industrial parts distributor in the field of hydraulics based in Upper Austria and sells couplings, adapters, fittings, hoses and valves. Ball valves, hose protection coils and various hydraulic accessories round off the range.
In addition to wholesale, CICMP is also a reliable supplier of assembled hydraulic hoses. Its customers are primarily original equipment manufacturers and dealers in Austria and neighboring countries from Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia to Romania, Bulgaria and Poland.

Because CICMP has developed so well in recent decades, it was time to put its internal IT on a sound footing and introduce an ERP system with Business Central from Microsoft. In the course of this, the web store was also given a new lease of life, making it possible to configure hydraulic lines yourself, among other things.
Our agency implemented a comprehensive solution for CICMP to manage the introduction of the new ERP system and the modernization of the web store. We successfully integrated Microsoft Business Central and optimized the existing business processes. The secure data migration was carried out using automated tools and careful validation.
To ensure a smooth transition, we provided CICMP's employees with targeted training and extensive support resources. The new webshop was developed with Umbraco and provides a user-friendly, technically robust platform. We created a connection to Microsoft Business Central and hosted the webshop on Microsoft Azure to ensure high availability and scalability.
