The cooperation was extremely unpleasant. Deadlines were not met. The interim results did not correspond to what had been agreed. I was poorly looked after as a customer, perhaps because I am not a large company. In the end, I had to pay over 500€ extra for the removal of my data. I spent over 10,000€ for what I consider to be a mediocre result.

The cooperation was extremely unpleasant. Deadlines were not met. The interim results did not correspond to what had been agreed.
I was poorly looked after as a customer, perhaps because I am not a large company. In the end, I had to pay over 500€ extra for moving my data.

Therefore, I cannot recommend Crusoemedia.
Unfortunately, no, there was only always pressure on me to pay, otherwise it would not go further.

I thought I had found a competent Internet agency for the creation of my online portal in Crusomedia based on a personal recommendation.Unfortunately, this was not the case.The cooperation was extremely unpleasant.Deadlines were not met, the interim results did not correspond to what was agreed. In the end, I spent over 10,000€ for what I thought was a mediocre result that I couldn't and didn't really want to use. For me, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. I was poorly looked after as a customer, perhaps because I am not a large company, and in the end I was also allowed to pay over €500 extra for the removal of my data. I can therefore not recommend Crusomedia.

Hello Mr. Leirer, Thank you very much for your feedback. It is a pity that you did not share it with us in a personal conversation. During the creation of the project, we made some concessions in terms of free additional services as well as greatly extended payment terms and did not get the impression that your new portal did not appeal to you, especially since it is currently still online identical to the going live in 2019. Your dissatisfaction is of course not our desired result of the cooperation at that time, which is why we repeatedly offer you to talk to us directly. One of my customers gave me the order to take care of his website. It was not possible to communicate on customer request mti mri diekt and the web hosting is just bad. Permissions on the server do not fit, therefore no upload or update possible. Communication with me as a specialist is rejected with the comment one does not know me. Sorry but if the customer says I get access the hoster has to do that too. Edit: I was called as a contact person to you and it was still a huge drama to give me access.
