We have been booking poster advertising through Crossvertise for some time now and are very satisfied. We receive good advice over the phone and get a quote quickly. If something goes wrong when putting up a poster, we simply send a photo and Crossvertise takes care of it very quickly. The only thing that could be a bit better is the availability of the responsible consultant on the phone ;). But all in all, we can only recommend Crossvertise and will definitely book again next year.

Fast money: YES. Customer appreciation: NO! The senior media consultant does not respond to questions and is also not professional in her behavior. The sales manager in the next step ignored my email even after several calls. Finally contacted the managing director via LinkedIn = fail! All of them ignore my inquiries, but it is only a simple consultation about the TOP offer! Endless buy signals and nobody cares. For 15-30min. Attention to the customer and in return several thousand euros and a presumably long-term cooperation if successful is a very good and simple deal? Writing offers is quick. However, it's the communication that counts, as this in turn reflects the service and the company. Therefore definitely not recommended and to be used with caution! Very, very, very sad. We booked 18/1 spaces in Hamburg, Berlin, Dortmund and Kiel in May and are really satisfied. The execution and communication with the Crossvertise staff was excellent! We would be happy to do it again.
