We would prefer not to award any stars at all. The portal secretly increased the premiums and then refused to issue a corresponding credit note.

"Criteo takes the protection of your data very seriously". That is why I am bombarded with unsolicited personalized advertising, to which I have never given my consent. I have also never had anything to do with this dubious company. It is not possible to escape this data octopus. Even ad blockers are tricked. You are guaranteed not to win any customers in such a shabby way. In fact, the opposite is achieved for me.

Called several times by phone and there is no answer. When reaching reception and asking to speak to sales, asked to get back to them via email. The sales department would get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, more than a week has passed without any feedback. My impression is that the company is no longer "hungry" due to its great success and is no longer making a big effort to find new customers. Too bad

Contract was cancelled long ago. Nevertheless, Criteo continues to send invoices and does not stop the ads! No reaction to mails. A cheek!
