Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. I ordered high-quality pens with logo and relied on the experience of the experts regarding the design. On the digital proof, everything actually looked halfway okay, even though our logo was changed for reasons I can't understand. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a sample, which Crimex supposedly doesn't offer - but everyone else actually does! The printed result in high quantity was unfortunately just ugly, much too big, wrongly positioned and some pens defective (broken or do not write). On my complaint Crimex did not even want to get a sample, but let communicate that I had ultimately had bad luck. Thanks, but no thanks!!! Also on repeated correspondence no Einlenken.
