Three thumbs up—that's all I can say! Mr. Ludwig has helped us out a bunch of times. We use the plugin developed by Crassnlabs—dpdConnectorDE. It makes it super easy for us to create package labels for DPD for shipping. But after updating our shop, it stopped working properly. While my agency (unfortunately not Craysslabs) took forever to come up with a solution, Mr. Ludwig solved the problem in seconds. I had just sent the message when the problem was solved in no time.
