The development of this digital tool is part of a large project that we have carried out in collaboration with a leading construction company, MIDFIX. The main purpose of the product is to create custom 3D models based on the data provided by the user. Our development is an alternative to the ADI/CADENCE product, creating a base model for each product, which the user can customize in the tool. The user can not only create a 3D model, but also place an order for its production and track its completion status. In order to develop a complex and convenient business tool for 3D model creation, we focused on the development of three main functions. 1. development of a custom algorithm for detail construction - we reworked the way 3D models are created using matrices and used the "Pyvista" library, which allows saving models in different formats and making changes to the created objects. 2. detail generation based on the entered data - the customer receives a report file with a list of all parameters entered by him, which is later used to create an estimate, and the company receives a formed order for further processing and delivery. 3. visualization of the 3D model in seconds - image optimization and the use of a powerful server made it possible to speed up the complex process of rendering a 3D model in a few seconds.
