⭐ 1 STAR, Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Our experience with CoreCentrix Business Solutions was unacceptable, and this happened before we even became a customer. Their representative, Hector, repeatedly called our business insisting on speaking directly with me, the owner. During one of those calls, I was unavailable because I was with a customer. My office manager took time away from her responsibilities to answer their unsolicited sales call, only to have Hector make a sarcastic comment asking, “Oh, is he on vacation again?” Excuse me? CoreCentrix does not pay my salary, my employees’ salaries, my vacation time, or a single expense associated with running my company. Whether I am working, meeting with a customer, on vacation, or simply unavailable is absolutely none of your business. What made this even worse was what happened afterward. I personally called Hector to address his behavior and told him directly that his comments toward my office manager were disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he laughed on the phone. That tells me everything I need to know. If this is how CoreCentrix representatives treat a prospective customer and their employees while they are supposedly trying to earn your business, I can only imagine what the experience would be like after signing a contract. Cold-calling a business does not give you the right to disrespect its employees. Being unable to immediately reach the owner does not give you the right to make sarcastic comments about where that owner might be. And when someone calls you out for inappropriate behavior, laughing at them is not professionalism, it is arrogance. CoreCentrix should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their company. Your salespeople are the first impression potential customers receive of your organization, and Hector made an absolutely terrible one. We never even got to the point of doing business with CoreCentrix, and based on this experience, we never will. There are plenty of professional companies competing for our business. We have absolutely no reason to give it to one whose representative behaves this way. Do not call our company again.
