The cooperation was sluggish from the beginning and became very complicated towards the end. Due to the fact that the quality of the promised requests was consistently outdated or poor (no interest (or similar)), complaints were made about them - in accordance with the contract. The company did not want to accept these (complaints) or only to a limited extent, despite the agreement concluded, their GTC and agreement with the person responsible. The reason given: The complaint rate is too high. Unfortunately not a partner for us.

I tried to assert my right to information under Art. 15 GDPR with Cooper Ads after I learned from another company that Cooper Ads had passed on my data to them. I made a formal request by email. So far - a month and several reminders later - I have received no response from Cooper Ads. Neither an acknowledgement of receipt nor a substantive response. Such a non-response to requests for information in this form is not acceptable and shows a lack of respect for data protection regulations and the rights of data subjects. I have lodged a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority. I would therefore advise against companies that handle data protection requests in this way. A potential customer or partner should know what they are letting themselves in for. Update: Instead of addressing my data protection concerns, the company tried to have this factual and verifiable criticism deleted by Google. My objection was upheld by Google and the review was restored after I was able to prove the facts. This procedure confirms my original assessment.

Adherence to appointments is unfortunately a foreign word, the agreed appointment was canceled 1 hour before it took place without comment.
