Back in 2021, I spoke to the managing director Max from the Connectivists about the project. He consulted with us regularly and showed great interest in actually implementing the project. I never got the feeling that he was only interested in landing another contract - of course that played a role, but I was much more impressed by his enthusiasm for the idea and the development. Although we asked for several quotes and Connectivisten didn't submit the cheapest one, we had the clear feeling that someone was really passionate about our project. Even before we placed the order, Max impressed us with his detailed answers to our questions and an additional meeting that showed us his customer-oriented approach. In the end, we chose Connectivisten and it was the best decision for our internal development. Max stayed in regular contact with us throughout the process and always provided timely feedback as soon as we had questions. We never had the feeling that our project was a minor matter. Coming from the construction industry ourselves, we know how sensitive issues such as extra work and supplements can be. However, Max was extremely transparent and communicative in these situations and always explained the background to us in a comprehensible way. Towards the end of the development, we were intensively integrated into the process and held several meetings. Now the program is live and it saves us at least 60% of the work involved in awarding contracts. Even when hidden problems arose, which is completely normal at the beginning, they were solved within 1-2 hours or responded to immediately. As was to be expected, we have already commissioned the Connectivists to develop the program further. We can recommend this company without reservation!
