When it comes to agencies, I'm a burnt child. I often find this "we're experts in everything" mentality and this "we hide our experts behind white labels" very difficult and that's why I rarely work with agencies as a freelancer. Communicon has shown me that there is another way! Every expert has their own specialty. We work together as equals. We want to make progress together. The customer is not talked into something, but sensible solutions are suggested or sometimes said no if it doesn't fit. Realistic calculations are made, without recalculations.
