Strong recommendation not to book this agency or work there. Extremely high fluctuation, salaries are sometimes paid 2-3 months later (and then only in installments), projects are not timed and worked with very mediocre quality. Many customers terminate current contracts after a few months. All in all, the company does not even begin to deliver what is promised to customers and employees. Employees are hired exclusively on a freelance basis (even over longer periods of time and at full capacity). Permanent employment does not take place.
