Fan problem. A new one is to be installed, which has a delivery time of 1 week. The appliance can be collected one day after delivery. 127€ WITHOUT invoice, just a sloppily printed order confirmation. Appliance works briefly, then fan problem again. Another company shows me on the open appliance that the fan has probably not been replaced, but only blown through briefly. Now there really is a new fan in it, and the appliance is quiet and works like on the first day. Anyone who has too much money and likes to be ripped off should go here as soon as possible! Reply to the reply: If the problem has only been fixed temporarily and reappears after a few successful starts, then I have no choice but to go elsewhere, as the money was spent for nothing. And that's just a fact. The problem. Was. NOT. Fixed. It doesn't matter what has or hasn't been done.

This is a false claim. Your appliance was opened and it was found that the entire interior was clogged with dust and fibers. The inside of your device was partially disassembled, completely cleaned and then checked for proper functioning. The fan worked perfectly again and there were no error messages from the bios. We then turned our attention to the operating system, checked for errors, cleaned it up and subjected it to a stress test to ensure that the laptop actually works under load and runs quickly and smoothly once it has been cleared of the ballast of recent years. This is exactly what we explained and demonstrated to you during the issue. There were no error messages and the fan ran accurately. You then shut down your device, paid and left the store. You will receive the order form with the recorded work steps so that you can compare the complaint with the order. If, despite inspection and demonstration, a reason for complaint should arise in the following days, you should contact the workshop. If you have too much money, you pay again in another store ...

The computer notebook service on Bautzner Str. is a saving angel for me privately and for my company, the Cafe Restaurant Pfund, always nice, friendly, helpful and above all competent. My last repair 2 weeks ago involved a laptop where the hinge was broken and so it could no longer be opened. I was about to buy a new device, but a first-class repair saved me from having to re-install everything. We would like to thank you very much for the help we received, the price-performance ratio is also good, and we hope that this service will continue for a long time to come. Absolutely unprofessional service provider. Instead of the agreed repair, an expressly unwanted repair was carried out and this was also of poor quality. He neither kept to the agreed time frame (it took considerably longer) nor to his cost estimate (it was more expensive). Instead of an apology when I pointed out the incorrect repair, I received a scornful comment. Actually a case to claim compensation, written documentation is available. But I don't want to waste any more time on such an unpleasant person. So here's a warning to everyone, the one-star ratings I collected were not for nothing! Reply to comment by com1EDV: It would be nice if this comment was fake - then my device would certainly be in better condition. But the repair was certainly not economically pointless for your business. At least you reply at all, but your comment does not correspond to my understanding of accommodating and service-oriented behavior. Apparently your derogatory attitude from the personal conversation and other Google reviews is repeated.

Fake rating or Mr. Jarcas was in a different store. With us, everything is agreed and we don't do economically pointless repairs at all. No bad company survives for over 20 years. Except in the middle of Berlin...

An honest - Outstanding! Once again I had a problem with my laptop, this time it wouldn't start. The hard disk had a defect. Mr. Chawales took care of the problem in his usual professional manner, and after two days I received the call that the data could be saved and had already been loaded onto a new hard disk.
