We purchased a cup press from this dealer as a customer return. Before the purchase, we were assured by telephone that the device had only been "packed and unpacked" but was unused. The condition of the delivered item did not correspond to this in any way. The machine showed clear signs of use, including: - a heavily used and worn "replacement" heating element - Opened or loosened screws - A jumble of different power cables In addition, the press is functionally defective (temperature is not reached, reproducible malfunctions) and cannot be used for productive purposes. Despite an immediate complaint, the goods have not been picked up to date. Instead of properly handling the warranty claim, they are attempting to treat the case as "buyer's remorse", including an RMA procedure in which 25% of the purchase price is to be retained, even though the goods are clearly defective. No solution has been found at this time. The case will therefore be pursued through PayPal buyer protection. Conclusion: Misleading description of condition, defective goods, and no customer-oriented solution. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this seller. UPDATE After I opened a PayPal case, the seller offered to let me return the goods at my own expense. I have now paid over 100 euros myself for a shipping company to return the defective product to them.
