I have firsthand experience working with Oleksandr Petrovych Yatsyshyn. In my case, there were regular delays in paying my wages, and in the end, the money I earned still wasn’t paid out. The pay issue was resolved in a difficult way, without clear explanations. As for the “Leocode” project, based on my observations, the training program has limited development after the first year. The materials and class format are often repeated, and a lot of time is spent on simulators and computer games. The advertised IT focus, in my view, doesn’t match the promised level. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this project either as a workplace or as a long-term educational program. I suggest carefully evaluating all terms before starting any collaboration.

Unfortunately, I got a negative impression from this place, and I’ll explain in more detail why—so the management, if they’re actually reading the reviews, can take it into account, and so other parents are ready for what their children will have to deal with. My opinion formed not from one “mistake,” but from a whole set of issues. We were there for a summer camp, and now we went again to try their 3D graphics and drawing classes. The critical problem is that the staff isn’t at all prepared to work with younger school-age kids. In my opinion, they urgently need training. A few examples: in the summer camp, lunch is ordered for the children, and up to lunchtime there weren’t any complaints. My child is 7, and while opening the disposable meal containers, she accidentally tipped her portion onto the floor (it happens—kids are kids). As a result, the child was hungry all day, and in the evening she told me about it with tears... They didn’t think to call the parents and arrange for something to be brought or at least to inform them. Now this past Saturday, 04/10/2025, another mistake: the premises weren’t heated. It was cold, and again, they didn’t think to warn the parents, even though the administrator was wearing a jacket. There was also a heater next to him that warmed that one area—but in the classroom where the classes were, there was no heater. As a result, my child was shivering from being overcooled by the end of the session—her lips were even blue. We got sick, we’re treating it, she’s missing school and other activities, and I can’t go to work because I’m staying with her. Now, about the good: the teaching itself is solid, and the equipment is good too. The owner, Oleksandr Petrovych, is a decent and adequate person. I also really didn’t like Maryana, who deals with agreements or something else like that—instead of helping resolve a conflict, she tries to fan it. This is a private business. The excuse that it’s a municipal space and the heating wasn’t turned on is exactly the kind of attitude that shows they don’t care about your children’s comfort and health. If that were truly the case, they could have taken care of heating for the kids at least a week ago—it’s been very cold for days now. Heaters for children could have been installed, not only after a conflict and my call to the owner, but in the first place. And all of this, considering the cost: 2800 UAH for 4 classes of 2 hours each. It would also be good for the owner to think about fiscalization. You take cash, but you don’t issue a fiscal receipt—amounts are not small. They refunded the money for the unused sessions, because I don’t have any desire to go there again.
