ABSOLUUT NIET MET DEZE PARTIJ IN ZEE, zeer slechte ervaring met Serge Huijsen / SHWEB B.V. / CodelQ Mijn advies is heel duidelijk: ga absoluut niet met deze partij in zee. Mijn ervaring met Serge Huijsen, SHWEB B.V., inmiddels actief onder de naam CodelQ, is ronduit slecht. Serge Huijsen zou voor mij een complete en professioneel werkende website ontwikkelen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht was bovendien de implementatie van AI-functionaliteiten. Serge Huijsen heeft tegenover mij bevestigd dat deze AI-implementaties aanwezig waren en ook waren uitgevoerd. Omdat er steeds meer problemen aan het licht kwamen, heb ik uiteindelijk een externe partij ingeschakeld om de website en het geleverde werk technisch te onderzoeken. Volgens die externe partij bleken de toegezegde AI-implementaties helemaal niet aanwezig te zijn, terwijl Serge Huijsen tegenover mij wél had bevestigd dat deze waren geïmplementeerd. Voor mij voelt dit als misleiding en oplichting. Ik heb betaald voor een opdracht waarbij functionaliteiten expliciet waren afgesproken en waarvan mij werd verteld dat ze gerealiseerd waren, maar uit het externe onderzoek kwam volgens mij iets heel anders naar voren. Daarnaast is de communicatie met Serge Huijsen echt heel slecht geweest. Ik moest steeds zelf achter dingen aan. Tot mijn verbazing moest ik zelfs onderdelen en functionaliteiten van de website zelf gaan testen. Van een professionele webontwikkelaar mag je verwachten dat een website vóór oplevering behoorlijk wordt getest en dat essentiële functionaliteiten gewoon werken. Naar mijn ervaring is de website in alle opzichten niet goed werkend opgeleverd. Het gaat niet om een paar kleine foutjes of cosmetische zaken, maar om fundamentele problemen waardoor de website in de praktijk niet naar behoren gebruikt kan worden. Daarna heb ik Serge Huijsen formeel in gebreke gesteld en hem de kans gegeven om alsnog met een oplossing te komen. Zelfs na de ingebrekestelling kwam er geen passende inhoudelijke reactie. De externe partij die ik daarna heb ingeschakeld, kwam ook tot de conclusie dat de website zeer slecht is opgeleverd en dat hij in de huidige staat niet werkbaar is. Daarbij bleek bovendien dat de afgesproken AI-implementaties volgens hun onderzoek ontbraken. Voor mij is de maat vol. De kwestie loopt inmiddels juridisch door en Serge Huijsen zal binnenkort een dagvaarding ontvangen. Mijn waarschuwing aan andere ondernemers is dan ook ondubbelzinnig: GA ABSOLUUT NIET MET DEZE PARTIJ IN ZEE. Mijn ervaring met Serge Huijsen / SHWEB B.V. / CodelQ is dat afspraken niet zijn nagekomen, toegezegde functionaliteiten ontbreken volgens extern onderzoek, de opgeleverde website niet werkbaar is en zelfs na een formele ingebrekestelling passende communicatie uitblijft. Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik niet anders dan mensen heel nadrukkelijk waarschuwen voor deze partij.

It’s a pity that you’ve decided to read this experience—and especially this way of presenting the project trajectory—in this manner. We don’t recognize ourselves at all in that. Throughout the entire development process, this website was worked on extensively. Hundreds of hours were invested in its development. Not only was what had originally been included in the offer and the agreements delivered, but additional functionality was also developed and delivered during the course of the project. A significant portion of that was provided without any additional costs and was outside the original offer. We also don’t recognize the claim that the website wouldn’t be workable. The website was delivered and was used and tested during the project. Of course, as with any large-scale software project, there were points that had to be discussed, adjusted, or further developed. However, that doesn’t mean the website was “unworkable in all respects.” We would also like to set the record straight regarding communication. On our side, we tried on multiple occasions to get in touch and to ask questions in order to reach a substantive solution. We received no further substantive response to those attempts to contact us. For that reason, we believe the impression that there was no willingness on our side to work toward a solution is not an accurate reflection of how things unfolded. As for the AI functionalities, these were also part of the development process and actual work was carried out for them. That’s why we can’t agree with the general conclusion that these “are completely not present.” Since the matter is now being handled through legal channels, we will not go into all the individual technical and contractual points in more detail via a public review. Naturally, we will substantiate them through the appropriate legal route, with the relevant agreements, communications, and work performed. We find it unfortunate that the cooperation has ultimately ended in this way. At the same time, we believe it’s important that potential customers know that the picture presented in this review does not match our records and our side of the story.

Very disappointing experience. After missed deadlines, poor communication, and empty promises, I ended the collaboration. I did receive a credit note, but my deposit still hasn’t been refunded. This company has proved to be unreliable to me, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Great company. I’m a customer of one of their resellers, but I only ran into problems. Serge contacted me the same evening, and since we already knew each other, the conversation went smoothly—he also helped me very well. I’ve had several providers, and even so, I still like this one the best. And if a supplier removes a number, they port it to a provider that’s working at no cost!
