I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd, but it was never delivered. I called the restaurant, and after calling three times, they finally picked up and said they would call me back. After fifteen minutes, I still hadn’t received a call, and when I called the company again, they didn’t pick up anymore.

Never order with them through thuisbezorgd. They accepted my order, money was taken from my account, but 20 minutes later the order was marked as delivered but it never arrived at my house. They refuse to accept my calls and basically stole my money.

I had a really great big, authentic, juicy burger here. Honestly, it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, served on an excellent bun with delicious fries! Top quality!

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd on a Tuesday night, came quickly and was so so delicious. Even their simpliest smash burger is a 10/10 and for a fair price, it is 8.99 € on the app maybe cheaper at the restaurant. The loaded fries are also delicious. Of course if you order on a Saturday night don't be surprised if you have to wait a bit longer for your food.

Great food overal everything tastes fresh and flavorful, but the Smash Burger is definitely my favorite. It’s juicy natural, and packed with flavor. Highly recommended!

Extreem slechte service. My order didn’t even arrive. I waited for an hour and a half, and then I got a call saying the delivery driver was on the way. I said, “Okay.” After that, I wasn’t called again until an hour later, when they told me everything was sold out. Also, almost nobody could speak Dutch properly, so communication was very poor. I’m really disappointed and I won’t order from here again.
