I've been mistreated multiple times by alot of doctors and may I remind you I'm disabled. And my husband is my care taker and he is my witness and he has seen doctors mistreat me , and for cencal health they tell me to file a complaint and they end up telling me doctors can deny services. This should be illegal! To deny services to a disabled person! This is how disability patients die each year because if the doctors mistreatment and also because of cencal health. And cencal health blamed me for the doctors mistakes. They should be shut down!

They seemed good at first, but then denied my getting a second opinion on a life saving matter. You have to get 3 quotes for government contracts, but for your health? Nope. UPDATE: Their "response" is just an automatic response that sends you to a generic number that provides no additional support (and wastes patient’s time while making CenCal look responsive).

I went to the main office in Santa Barbara to submit sone important documents the door was locked, I was told to take a business card from a small speaker near the front door wow I thought covid was over apparently not

Compared to any government associated service CenCal has been astonishingly helpful and professional with costumer service. For one- I can always get ahold of them on the phone without long wait time and they are so kind, helpful, and competent!

Seems i got different information each time I called. Finally got notified by my calling back waiting for them to call me back as stated they would, that my transportation was not approved 3:30pm the day before I needed it.
They say it was too late but I had started this process well before I needed it , therefore I know it was not too late.
It almost left me not visiting a very important Dr at Stanford Medical for a serious health issue, that I had an appt 3 months ahead of time.
Had I received the right information the 1st time I called?, it would have worked out.
Dealing with this issue I have spoke with some good informed workers now. I just hope with my appt I have in the future, it’ll all work out.
