KAOS - the name of the company says it all. After the order was placed, unfortunately nothing happened for almost 2 months. Feedback by email or requests for a callback were very sporadic. Unfortunately, there was also no response to an email to the boss. Dear Mr. Schauer, It is a great pity that we did not receive a response to our email to you, but only to the review. I find it a pity that you judge me and my behavior although you were not even present, a second-hand information. All this would have been spared if you had contacted me briefly by phone or email to clarify a few things directly and shed some light on the situation - which speaks for itself. After we agreed to the offer, there was no response for over 6 weeks, not even when we asked. After a call in which their employee promised on the phone that she would send us results on the same day, but this simply did not happen. After a call from us in which we were assured that we would be contacted, this call back did not happen either. In fact, I then sought out your agency personally to speak to you directly. I rang the doorbell and kindly asked if I could come in. When I asked what the matter was, I asked for the managing director or a representative who was not present. Her employee denied this in a very harsh tone, saying that there was no representative. I was then treated to a very harsh tone from her, although no insulting remarks were made from either side. When I asked her to speak to me in a normal, reasonable tone, she unfortunately didn't respect that. Just as the courtesy distance was exceeded. As the conversation could not be conducted on an objective level, I left. Which is why we then sought contact with you. Dear Mr. Grotjohann, We are very sorry that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important to us and we would like to address it. It is unfortunate that our communication did not meet the standards we set for ourselves. However, we would like to point out that your very aggressive behavior and the inappropriate nature of the communication, including loud and offensive remarks, made it difficult to find a constructive solution. You have frightened the staff present with your spontaneous attack last week! We made you a rough offer even though the request was very vague. Unfortunately, no further steps were taken to find out about your marketing objectives, as appointments were canceled by you. In this context, no written order was ever placed with us! We strive to treat every client with respect and professionalism, and we expect the same from our clients. We understand that there can be frustration, but we ask that you treat each other with respect in order to find solutions together. Our goal is to help each customer in the best possible way and we always strive to address issues constructively. We take your feedback seriously and will review our processes.
